Abbie and Pb are navigating the final year of high school with the usual teenage optimism. Everything is going remarkably well until Abbie receives the unexpected medical news that she will never be able to have children. At seventeen, the revelation initially feels distant and inconsequential, after all, parenthood is the furthest thing from her mind. However, as friendships evolve and the people closest to her begin to change, Abbie is suddenly and unceremoniously confronted with a complex adult world she was completely unprepared for.
